Our
Story
Generations Club was founded by the Torres and Kasper families following the patriarch's physical and mental decline with cognitive issues. While the toll was difficult on everyone, it had a harder effect on his wife. As the primary caregiver, the day was filled with only one focus, keep him safe, healthy and engaged. Various options were explored including home health services but those were less than ideal as they didn't want someone constantly in their home. While taking care of her husband's constant need, she forgot to do the same for herself and ended up in the hospital with dehydration and exhaustion. The outcome, the family stepped in more and searched for other options to help. When the right place became hard to find, it inspired them to open their own and provide a much needed resource to the community. Created with the utmost focus on the well-being of its member and the committed caretakers, Generations Club is scheduled to open its first doors in 2024.
